You are looking or planning your next holiday? Yes ? then you have clicked on the right link! My given name is Morciano and has a direct association to the small rural town Morciano di Leuca. In fact my father comes from Castrigano del Capo which is only 4Km from Morciano di Leuca away. Those two villages are located most southern of the wonderful peninsula Salento in the southeast of Italy, located in the region of Apulia which is a part of the province Lecce "look at the plan".

Starting from Castrignano del Capo you have the opportunity to discover the whole Salento "the land of two sea's" and I'm sure you will have unforgettable vacation.
Go just 10Km eastern and you are at the Adria seashore or 10km in the opposite direction and you will find the lovely Ionic seashore.
And that's not all! 3Km southern you will find cape Santa Maria di Leuca.
Santa Maria di Leuca is a wonderful pearl in the most southern part of Italy and resides in a beautiful bay between Punta Ristola and Punta Meliso. This is the place where the Adria and the Ionic sea flowing together. What a wonder of nature!
You will find marvelousness and secret caves around the coast and due to the clear water, it's the place for diving and swimming.
